di-soric ultrasonic sensors are used in automationing tasks for distance measurement and as proximity switches.
They are measur the propagation time of the sound. This principle ensures a reliable detection irrespective of colour or surface finish. Even transparent objects, liquids and powders are reliably detected. Insensitivity to dirt and long distances are further arguments in favour of di-soric ultrasonic sensors.
