Dear business partners,
We would like to inform you about the change of ownership of AMTEK, spol. s r.o.
After almost 34 years of successful operation on the market, the ownership rights have been transferred from the previous owners and managing directors - Mr. Frantisek Piskula, Mrs. Dagmar Piskulova and Mr. Martin Petrak, to the new owner and managing director, Mr. Krystof Bajgar.
With this legal move, AMTEK, spol. s r.o. becomes part of the EMKO family, including EMKO Case (development and production of customized special metal enclosures), EMKO IPC (manufacturer and distributor of industrial PCs) and others.
The previous owners would like to thank all customers and business partners for their long-standing trust and cooperation, which led to the successful development of AMTEK. They also wish the new owner every success in the further development of the company and believe that the transition under the wing of EMKO will bring new opportunities and cooperation possibilities for the company and its customers.
Commenting on the transfer of the company, the new owner said: "I would like to thank the previous owners, Mrs. Piskulova, Mr. Piskula, and Mr. Petrak for their trust and for selling the company to us. At the same time, I would like to welcome new colleagues and partners to our family business, we believe that we will take care of you at least as well as our predecessors have done so far."
In conclusion, we would like to emphasize that nothing changes for our business partners, the only change is the move of the official headquarters of the company from Olbracht Square (Olbrachtovo náměstí) to Ripska 11f, 627 00 Brno-Slatina.
The offices of AMTEK will remain in the same location, as well as the stock in the BIBUS building at Videnska 125 in Brno.
